Suitme Free Remake Policy

Suitme.co.nz provides free remakes when you require the garment(s) exchanged for an exact remake (no changes to the cut specifications can be made).

The only cost to the customer is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us (there is no charge to postage if you choose to drop-off in Auckland).

Terms & Conditions:

1. Notification:
   To qualify, you must first notify us within 5 days of the delivery of the garment, no exceptions. Log in to mySuitor Account and click Contact Us.
2. Returning of the garment(s):
   Within 10 days of the initial delivery of the garment, you must send the original garments; once we have received and approve the remake, you should receive the new remade garment in about 10 days.
3. Condition of garment(s):
   The garment(s) must be in the original condition that was sent; it must not be worn, washed or pressed.
4. TIP: Dropping off the garments in Auckland (means you saving on postage):
   To save on delivery costs, you may choose to drop off the item(s) to us. However if you choose to drop them off, you must call beforehand to ensure that a personnel is on-site to sign-off the parcel. We must sign off the parcel to accept responsibility for a high-value item. Call us on 09 948 6007 to make an apporintment.) 
5. Responsible postage:
   A very important reminder that the items you will be sending are very high-value items. It is to your discretion to send the items back responsibly, and make sure it gets to our address – for this reason, we highly recommend using courier services with "signature required" upon delivery and track and trace options; although this guideline is not compulsory please note that the garment(s) are entirely your responsibility until we can sign it off. If we do not receive the items we cannot proceed with your Remake, no exceptions.
