What if I don't like the suit?
If you don't want an alteration and the condition of the suit is as its new original condition, you may request for a Suitme Remake or a Suitme Refund within 5 days of your receipt of the item(s). Read the Terms & Conditions from our SUITME FREE REMAKES POLICY and SUITME REFUNDS POLICY for more info.
What if my measurements are wrong?
If you garment is still being made, and you realised the measurements you've submitted are wrong, you can call us immediately on +64 9 948 6007. Once the garment is dispatched, this comes under the Terms & Conditions of our Suitme Free Remakes Policy.
If you have received your garment and the garment made has different measurements to the ones you sent us, we will also remake your garment for free under our Suitme Free Remake Policy.
